    Made an order online. Went to go pick it up and they did not receive my order.The manager confirmed that I did make the order and went right away to make my pancakes for me. Great customer service and the gluten free pancakes were delicious.

    I ordered take-out so I can only speak to front host customer service and she was very friendly. The food has been better but it wasn't bad. A fair price for a large amount of decent food.

    The restaurant was very clean and the food was good. I have an IHOP closer to my house, but this one is much better so I don't mind the extra drive. 4 stars because i would have loved flavored creamer and they didn't have grits available before 6am. I would think a restaurant specializing in breakfast would have those two things on hand all the time.
