Burlock Coast

Just hosted my 40th bday for a group of 22 in the private dining room and had an AMAZING time! This was planned months in advanced and the event planning team was great to work with and extremely accommodating to our every wish!! The service was impeccable as one would expect of a Ritz establishment, and there was a great team of wait staff and bartenders that waited on us hand and foot. The food was amazing and all of my guests really enjoyed it. Overall, the whole evening exceeded my expectations and Burlock Coast will definitely be on our to go to list anytime we come back to Fort Lauderdale.

I happened into this establishment based upon it being in my Hotel. I am quite glad I did. The special was suggested by my waiter, and it was not something I would have normally ordered. I am very glad I did! The only thing better than this meal was the service. PJ and Mario behind the bar kept up with everyone, had some great rapport with their clients, and made it look easy. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in !

Burlock Coast is a wonderful stop inside the Ritz-Carlton (it is open to the public) and full of delicious food, drinks & of course...service. Their morning buffett is MASSIVE and absolutely filling. Everything from the smoked fish dip, to the octopus to the burgers (the burger with pulled pork is a must) is something you'll really enjoy. Stop in and take a look or sit at the high top overlooking the Atlantic & A1A! Be sure to ask for Jason as a server or the GM James who is a personality himself.

Located in the Ritz Carleton hotel, Burlock Coast is the hotel's casual restaurant. The restaurant is split between a cozy indoor area with great decor, cozy booths and an open kitchen area and split with a nice patio with a view of the Fort Lauderdale beach and the A1A. There are multiple seats on the patio and it's my go-to seat when available. The hotel and patio are situated at the beginning of the boardwalk and after a bite you can go for a good walk. Parking is available (Valet parking) but we prefer to park behind the hotel, there is a large public parking that cost 2$ per hour.

On Mondays, Burlock Coast has an awesome deal for dinner. For 10$ you get a local beer + their bootleg burger + fries. What an awesome deal. The bootleg burger is cooked on order and you can ask for your preferred level of done-ness. You get a big patty, great bun, pulled pork and cheese. The fries are thick cut fries that are really good.

Service is great and kids are welcome. Staff took time to make kids comfortable and sometimes offer fruits. There is a kids menu with the classic chicken tenders, pasta and small burger.

Great place to eat.

Last week I went to Burlock Coast for the first time. It is located in the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale Beach on the main floor. I had reserved an outside table. The view was breathtaking watching the beach just across the street from our table. The hostess, Alexandria, had greeted us and was so pleasant. Our server, Ernst, and the other servers were wonderful. They had delicious food and drinks. Free valet parking if under 2 hours as well. It's definitely a 5 star plus restaurant worth checking out.
