El Vez Fort Lauderdale

Nice Mexican restaurant with views of the beach. We sat on the patio and it was nice. The carnitas tacos are delicious. We came here on two separate nights for dinner and food was great, but service could be improved.

Service and food @ El Vez was very good. Couldn't fault the place the night I went.
If you are up by the beach and looking for somewhere fresh to eat, try it out.

Ate here 3 times because the food was that fresh and delicious.
They have options of sitting outdoors with a beach view and great working fans, or indoors in cool a/c which was a bonus.
Tried a few things on the menu such as the Avocado Toast, which was phenomenal. The bread was very fluffy with a crunch and the avocado was seasoned beautifully and fresh.
Also tried the breakfast burrito. Although it was quite greasy for a morning dish it was still extremely tasteful and fresh.
Also tried the Salsa Omelette and it was amazing. The egg was very thick and fluffy and cooked like a cloud. The seasoning was amazing also.
Of course this place is a bit higher on the price angle but if you want the bang for your buck, this is the place.

The French toast was so good. I wish there was more. The restaurant is outside but has plenty of canopies and you can see the ocean from your seat. Its peaceful. There is also a good view of people walking by.. There is parking but it is limited.. it is wheelchair accessible. The staff is phenomenal.. extremely friendly and caters to exactly what you need. The tables and chairs are spaced out just enough to allow for conversation and not worry about your neighbors hearing or you hearing them.
