Ichimora

This newly opened restaurant will quickly move to the top as one of the best restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. Their ramen is the best in town. Incredible aromas and flavors in every dish. The location seems unlikely at first, but somehow seems to add to the experience as you are transported away from the pedestrian buzz of Las Olas to a more intimate and charming atmosphere. I can’t wait to return.

Mild flavored tonkatsu and garlic ramen with meat and egg that melts in the mouth. Friendly service. Odd location.

Whoaaaa, so this new spot called Ichimora popped up on my radar, and let me tell you...this is, by far, the best Japanese restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, period. The Peking duck is just amazing. If you're a foodie in Fort Lauderdale, you have GOT to try this amazing Japanese spot out. 5 stars, truly authentic Asian cuisine, finally!

Discovered this cozy restaurant when last night looking for ramen. It is newly opening and I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! It was soooo delicious! I had Kogashi Garlic ramen. Literally blew my mind.
The stuff are very friendly and glad to answer any questions you might have regarding the menu.
Highly recommended.
