The burgers were good but the chicken wings kind of dry, good customer service

There was one cashier, but it wasn't busy. She was very polite and had a kind spirit. The food was ready quick and was delicious.

The food is normally always good, however the customer service is always poor. The employees don’t know what their menu options and force other items on you. Every time I order a seafood platter , they try to force fries on me saying that’s what comes with the platter. But it literally says right below seafood platters “all platters served with cole slaw and yellow rice” so when I reiterate that I would like what is advertised they continue to tell me that it’s served with fries. Get it together . Know your menu or change it ????????‍♀️

I had a Philly here and it was good. The fries were hot and fresh. Overall it was a good experience. I have not tried everything on the menu, but I was a bit disappointed that I did not see an authentic Miami Cuban sandwich on the menu. Especially considering it is called Miami Grill, and Cuban food is a staple in Miami. However, admittedly, you can get Cuban sandwiches at plenty of other places.
