I have been coming here for about 20-30 years and when you talk about high standards and quality and presentation with authentic Jamaican food... This is the place.
I love this place!!!

Last Sunday, 16 May 2021, I used People’s Choice Restaurant to cater my mother’s 89th birthday celebration. In the week leading up to the party, I worked with Junior, fine-tuning the menu over the phone. He was patient, professional, and knowledgeable in the food selections and the quantities to be ordered.
Not only was each dish seasoned with its own unique spices but was also appetizing and contained familiar traces of the Caribbean flavors that I grew up eating. The curry goat was my personal favorite, but the guests enjoyed the Oxtail, Escovitch Snapper, Chicken wings, and the People’s Choice Chicken Wings (topped with a secret house blend sauce). The sides, such as the rice and plantains, complemented the various entrées very well.
The food was fresh, expertly prepared, and packed for delivery with care.
It was indeed my pleasure working with this company.

We ordered lunch here, for the first time this past Easter, for our family get-together. Our family meet-up was ad hoc but Toni assisted me in placing my order from the day before to ensure that everything would be ready and waiting the next day.
Pick-up the next day was easy. The staff is polite, the restaurant is clean, and the customer service - even if you have to wait 5-10 minutes for your order to be packaged - is pleasant. The owner/manager, I assume,- a gentleman, was polite and ensured that we had all we needed to facilitate the family gathering.
We have been back two other times since then. The atmosphere is still the same - friendly and courteous.
We have had the steamed fish, fried wings, escovietched wings, bammy, curried goat and oxtail, so far. We will be back for more.

Best Jamaican food hands down!! I get oxtail majority of the times I come here and it is always hot, fresh, and juicy. Probably my favorite oxtail ever. The wings here are also so full of flavor I’m literally in love with them. I sent my boyfriend to the restaurant to try it and he loved every bit of his meal. If you need a delicious and affordable Jamaican restaurant this is the place for you 😍
