    Pollo Tropical is always a treat when I travel to a Florida. Incredible meal and value for what you pay for! This was my go to place to hit my macros when training and it helped be a crucial part of my regimen! Make sure that if you need to watch your sodium to not come here, because everything is LOADED with salt. Everyone else though should make this their staple if you need to eat fast food in Florida!

    I love pollo tropical food. They are very tasty and make me feel good. However, the service provided by staff members is below average, which is a shame. No one smiles, and everyone acts like they don’t want to work. I’d go to different pollo for their food and skip this one now on.
