I love this place! I always happy there! All clases are very powerful. I love the kitchen there! Everything always fresh, healthy and yummy! A lot of different kinds of smoothies, tasty baking, without sugar and gluten free! Also they have a wonderful lunch! This is the place to be healthy! ???? Very knowledgable and good staff! Every care of you during the training! I love it! Me gusta mucho empanadas con setas y mozzarella! Muy ricas!

I had a lovely meal at this place. The food is terrific and healthy the location is central Hallandale Beach and the perfect combo of nice atmosphere and good food. I love my detox juice every morning I love Om’echaye kitchen best place ever . I recommend Om’echaye you won’t regret. And the best costumer service . ❤️

This yoga studio is extremely welcoming ! Every instructor has taught something new to my practice. The practice at Hot Spot is challenging yet restorative and I love that the instructor come around to guide your body. The space is always clean and the view from the yoga room is beautiful. I love it when I can make it to class with Brendan, Melissa, or Jaine. This studio offers various hours to fit anyone’s schedule and various classes to introduce something new into your practice. I’m so happy I’ve found Hot Spot!

Absolutely love the cafe-style restaurant with to-go-options such as delicious frozen soups (red lentil, lemon lentil, asparagus and many more). Fantastic ginger shot energy booster drinks too. The salmon salad for a lunch to go option is fabulous... check it out!
