Hidden gem! It’s great to see a black owned vegan spot in a nice area with amazing healthy food! I had the scrambled tofu aka v eggs and it was delicious! Definitely worth coming and ignore the negative reviews

I ordered here for first time last week. Got the burger for my husband which he loved, I got the sea food basket and felt like everything tasted the same with different shapes. A bit too oily for my taste, the side salad was too small. Got the finger nuggets for my kids and they thought it was too spicy, honestly tasted like everything in my seafood basket. Got a grilled cheese for the kids as well and they liked it but honestly again too oily. I understand vegan food not necessarily needs to be healthy but my suggestion is to just tone down on the oil a bit, I was left with a oil after taste in my mouth that was not pleasant. I also got very confused with the food descriptions on the menu on the website, I wish it was more detailed, at first I didn’t even know if the place was vegan or not.. anyways, I’ll try to give it a second try one of these days (if screaming carrots remains closed). I still suggest this place as a better place to eat than any meat centered restaurant.

Amazing food. It's filling, fresh, and delicious. I've gotten food here on my lunch break a handful of times and enjoyed every item. I can vouch for the smoothies, the pineapple glazed ham, the burgers, and the fried chicken. Their sides, like the mac and cheese and homestyle potatoes, are fantastic too. The food is also great comfort food when you want a home-cooked meal but don't have the energy to cook - and they're open late which means I can come grab food after work. Hoping to try their breakfast sandwich and freshly squeezed orange juice soon. Every member of the staff has been more than welcoming, but thank you Randy for your kind service tonight! :3

The service was great and the seafood basket was even better, it was delicious! I had the veggie burger but sadly no one informed me that it didn’t come with cheese. My friend got the chicken sandwich which had no flavor and the Mac and cheese had a very strong seasoning that in my opinion could use without. All in all, the seafood basket and the veggie burger were really good.

Came in 5/14/21 with my girlfriend and we both loved this place. Let’s start with customer service, the manager Randy was awesome the food was BUSSIN (amazing). We had the chick n and waffles and the detonator sandwich with no complaints. For a new restaurants not even half a year old they exceeded my expectations. And you don’t have to overspend to enjoy great vegan food. Will recommend to anyone vegan or non vegan
