Besides the girl not using gloves to make my sandwich after touching someone's credit card, my overall experience was good. I told her start over.. After I corrected her, the rest of the transaction was smooth. Food was fresh. First time trying this place and I live next door. I'll def be back. She told me have a good day after that so she redeemed herself.. probably was just moving too fast.

Absolutely delicious and perfectly quaint little Latin Bakery. I was absolutely blown away by their immense array of pastries and desserts, not to mention the delectable sandwiches! I was even asked if I would like my sandwich to be warmed AND pressed - just like a true Cuban/Latin sandwich should be! I definitely plan to come back for more empanadas, sandwiches and desserts! Also looking forward to trying their breakfast - the menu looks amazing!Thanks again, Cao Bakery!

This place has the slowest customer service ever also barely anyone there speak English. Mostly Spanish speakers. I understand that it’s a cafe but the music too loud. As n English speaker it’s already hard to understand the staff because of the language barrier, it’s harder with the loud music. When you ask them to repeat then they get antsy. This location is in Hollywood so they need to have people who speaks English there. Also we ordered some fries and the shoestring papitas it was waste of $6. It’s literally a rip off. The croissant breakfast sandwich did come in a nice size. The food isn’t bad, maybe small not bad. The problem is the lack of customer service and language Barrier.

Went for breakfast with my dad, the place is beautiful, the prices are very fair, and the service is very good. The staff love to have fun and they are there for anything that you need. More than enough parking, spacious for COVID regulations, and the taste of the food is A1. Def will come back and give this place another try for lunch.
