Llanera Carne En Vara / Woodfired Meat

I recommend this place to eat carne en vara. The food is exquisite and the flavors are mind blowing. Before coming call to ask if open and parking is by Sheridan St. I highly recommend bringing or buying a water with your food just in case the food is too salty. Enjoy your food while hearing Llanera Music live. This place does have a room in the back with A/C for those who can’t handle the heat.

This is a Colombian jewel spot to come and enjoy the best Llanera Carne en Vara/ WoodFireMeat, this amazing restaurant is located inside of the Yellow Farmers Market in Holliwood. Their prices are very fair and their meats are cooked to perfection and I can highly recommend it because I was there when Chef @ramsay himself came here and tasted the meats cooked by Chef Johnatan and his team. This restaurant is the best and more closest experience to Colombian WoodFire as it’s best. When you come to Yellow Farmers Market, as soon as you pass through the main entrance where all the outdoor vendors are then you keep walking ,then take the first left and then you will see on your left hand side a gorgeous display of meats that are being cooked on metal bars and their logo it’s just next to it “ Carne en Vara LLANERA” you can order Togo or if you prefer you can stay here and eat these delicious dishes. For those who like to eat with A/C they have indoor seating or if you love to experience the way Colombian cowboys enjoy these delicious dishes you can just stay and eat your meal outdoors. Highly recommended!!!!

My first visit to LLanera Woodfired Meat; the best meat I've eaten in South Florida: Excellent cuts, cooked to perfection, juicy and so flavorful! The sides were a meal in themselves, but deliciously complemented an already succulent meal! The staff and service were amazing! Prompt and very welcoming atmosphere. Can't wait to go back on a Sunday to enjoy the food and live music. Thank you Jonathan!

Very tender, juicy and cook well meat. Sides have very good flavor as well. We had the Picanha, definitely worth trying
