Nine Spices Hot Pot

I've never met nicer, such welcoming people in my life. The food is high quality just like the service. A very cool experience that's not your typical sit down dining out night. Very fun, very tasty. The server made an excellent sauce that paired perfectly with the food! Thank you again, will definitely be back!

Jeff our waiter was very attentive. Food was very fresh. I loved the concept of the carousel. I have been to other Hot Pots and although food was good I was always disheartened at the amount of wasted food when tray upon tray is brought to your table and then thrown out because they don't want it anymore. This carousel let's you see everything before trying and is perfectly portioned. Keep up the great food and friendly staff.

We visited this restaurant after a groupon promotion, letting us come here during a weekday lunch.

Hot pot was a first time experience for us, and we were very excited about this all you can eat buffet with a unique eating style; the foods are served on a conveyor belt with little dishes you get to pluck right off and eat whatever you like.

You get to choose your soup base from 8 different soups, and our server told us that the most popular one is the spicy soup. We ordered the spicy soup base and Bone soup base. The spicy soup makes you sweat as soon as you eat it, but it had addictive flavor. Come dressed prepared to sweat. The Bone soup base was a milky soup with a chunk of pork bone and green onions, it had a nice, mild flavor.

Their service was excellent. Our server, Cliff, was very attentive and friendly. He paid extra attention to our glasses of water and the quantity of the soup, and he served us water, picked up our empty dishes, and put more broth in the soup before we asked him to do it.

There are so many ways to enjoy eating vegetables and meats thanks to the great variety of the dipping sauces. I liked the mushroom sauce and seafood sauce the most.

It was a really fun experience to cook your foods in the soup, and you get to enjoy the all-you can eat style while you are seated.

I recommend everyone to visit this place, especially people who love spicy foods.

Very impressive with rail system, don't need to wait to order . however there should be more variety items. Love my chicken based soup. lot of sauce , good service as well. I was surprised with Chocolate ice cream here as well. pretty good..you have to try.
