(April 19, 2019, 2:09 pm)The service and quality of food, especially the tacos has gone down tremendously since I started coming here in 2009 when they first opened and was getting started. Back then, EVERYTHING was prepared fresh. On the tacos, there was a choice between corn or flour tortillas. Now, there's only corn. The tacos, specifically are ALWAYS prepared differently depending on who's cooking in the kitchen on a given shift. No consistency. The staff is constantly changing and the pleasant smiles are all gone except for one male staffer named Chris with the ponytail.
On this last visit, their inventory was very low from beer selection to taco shells. I was told "sorry, we're out of that" more than 3 times. Their menus can used a deep cleaning or a major over haul of new printing.
This used to be the best 2-4-1 Taco Tuesday spot at the beach. Now it's a second or third choice for me. A hit or miss. Not a grand slam out the park anymore.
