Driving by with a friend and saw this place. Salad and appetizer of jalapeños poppers were awesome and the Chicago stuffed pizza with mushrooms and sausage was AMAZING. I don’t normally write reviews but this place is truly a hidden gem. Try at least once...but you’ll be back. I know we will be.
The best pie in Lauderdale hands down. The pizza on the menu is exactly the pizza you get at home. The sauce, the quality ingredients, you just cant go wrong. The caprese salad I recomend you get the large. Just saying.
I was definitely looking forward to trying their Pizza. Being from the south side of Chicago I know what a deep dish pizza is all about.
The pizza looked great it was cooked perfect, unfortunately when I bit into the pizza my mouth was filled with salt extremely salty and he crust was spongy not flaky and over priced.
I'm not sure that I would come back. Disappointed
I’ve always wanted to try a Chicago style pizza and I’m glad this is the place where I got to experience it. A cool spot, with beer, wine, comfy seats and most important delicious food. I had garlic bread which was crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and with plenty of garlic and butter. The meatballs and ricotta were delicious, with a zesty chunky tomato sauce which I knew would be even better on pizza, and it was.
The Chicago Style Pizza was awesome, with good stringy cheese, delicious tomato sauce with great flavor, and the crust was nice and toasted with a bit of sweetness to it. If this is what a Chicago pizza is like, I’ll definitely be coming back for more. I know there’s a bit of a debate as to whether Chicago deep dish is truly a pizza, but all I can say is that if more regular pizza placed had this flavor we’d all be better off.
Food is a little pricy but the portions are big enough for 2-3 people. Food was great. Service was great.
