Donna's Caribbean Restaurant

Donnas have one of the best tasting jamaican restaurant food when its fresh and cooked well. I wish that the cooking at all locations were consistent. You just dont know what to expect depending on location and time of day. One location will sell you fish gravy the other wont. The chicken and rice will be cooked/fried well then the next day dry. The ft. Lauderdale location is one of the worse tasting (the jerk chicken has no seasoning and it tastes more like bake chicken). However when you catch the lauderhill or lauderdale lakes location at the right day/time it is extremely good. Please keep one recipe and stick to it, I think this would make a big difference on the success of your business.

Large arrangements of Caribbean cuisine , very clean and modern atmosphere. Uber eats and Door dash available. All meals and selections are hot and ready to go at noon or shortly before. I saw many of my favorite some other new yummy creations.

It's on 12 street right off 441 on South side of 12 street.

It's over by the bus terminal but on the side of the street the baseball and tennis park is on

The food at Donna's is tasty and authentically Caribbean with a Jamaican flair.
I ordered the snapper which came with salad, plantains, pigeon peas and rice. Plus a side of mac and cheese which was homemade good.
Its not a sit down restaurant with wait staff, but more of take out style. There are places to eat inside; counters stools and some tables.
The price of the food is based on portion size which can be confusing.
