Dunkin'

Coffee is always good. Busy location, sometimes have to wait a little bit to be served. I have a dunkin in my neighborhood but I will go out of my way to this one.

I know it's a difficult time for us all and I am humbly grateful that you are open; however, please pay attention to the orders which are being given. Today was the second time that my order was incoreect. The iced caramel latte with skim milk and whip I ordered was missing the caramel and substitued for three sugars and no whip cream. If Im paying $4 for a coffee, it should be the way I want it. So dissapointed....again.

You can tell that Joseph is a great manager because it reflects on the supporting staff such as my girl Robyn. She’s just a jewel and always makes my matcha latte’s so perfectly and with a smile. Her and Joseph are just wonderful and wish them continued success!

I just want to add my humble review about this particular Dunkin Donuts. I’ve lived in this area for over 10 years now and I’ve been to this establishment many, many times. Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone has been professional and courteous. Employees are always smiling and helpful. Some have even made food for me that was no longer on their menu and I never wait long. The drive thru is quick as well! They recently renovated and it’s gorgeous! It’s Always clean and the ceiling to floor windows allows the natural sunlight to shine through making it bright and open. They have a lovely conference room that you can rent and a decent seating area. Plenty parking available. I really enjoy this Dunkin Donuts!
