    The food was good as usual , just the chicken was prepared a little bit too dry but the guava bbq sauce made it right.

    Ordered some black beans and it was 90% liquid with 10 to 15 black beans. Come on. The only reason for two stars is because I like Pollo Tropical but this location or whomever served this needs to learn customer service if you want people to come back. Although they probably don’t care because they are just a regular worker.

    Last night we had the best time at dinner that I think I've ever had! Our server Jessie was adorable and full of personality plus. She was attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. She is a huge asset to the restaurant and deserves much kudos. We will definitely be back soon!
