Taco Bell

This is for Taco Bell as a whole and hopefully this eventually gets back to management and/or corporate or somebody.

WHY ADVERTISE SPECIALITY/FEATURED FREEZES IF YOU'RE NEVER GOING TO HAVE THEM?!?!

I swear they are getting like McDonald's with the McFlurry machine. At least in their defense they have corrected this. At least every time I go now the machine is working.

Perhaps if enough people complain, they'll make sure to have them. Just a thought.

Outside of that, the young lady that helped me was really nice and sweet. That is the reason for the 3 stars or else it would have been 1 s

They have the right ingredients for the taste buds but my stomach never agrees to it for some reason have to eat there once in a blue moon because of that something they're putting in their food just doesn't agree with me which is weird because I didn't there eat anything maybe their food products need to be researched who knows whether meat comes from any fast food I have to shake the spoon on their meat products you never really do know what they come from only what they say

They have stepped up their game since opening that's for sure. This TB is always packed which is great for them. I was there there the other day and the guy who greets you at the drive-thru is very pleasant and easy to hear/understand. Once you get to the window a girl greeted me who was also very pleasant.

I know sometimes it's hard to be pleasant at a customer service job like that, but thank you!

Beyond pleased with the service and quality of both food and employee quality. As I arrived I was kindly greeted at the drive-thru and asked for my order. The employee was patient with no hurry as voiced my order and they heard me loud and clear without repeating myself. Once I got to the window the employee was extremely nice and quick paced. When I received my food, it was hot and smelled as good as it tasted! This Taco Bell is hands down the best one I have ever went to and I always come here because it is now my preferred Taco Bell. I wish every Taco Bell tasted this fresh and this good. Overall an amazing time, clean and quick.
