    I like the way they make their beverages, hot and cold . The bagel however are chewy, burnt or hard. It used to be my favorite in the past. Seems they may have changed their receipe. Would only get a tea now, no more bagles. Have to go to a NY based fresh bagel spot. Don't want to have to go to two places for breakfast though.

    I have been coming to this Dunkin' for a few years and for the most part it is a good experience. However, today I found a fly in my iced coffee. Please be careful.
