(September 17, 2019, 1:12 pm)I like the way they make their beverages, hot and cold . The bagel however are chewy, burnt or hard. It used to be my favorite in the past. Seems they may have changed their receipe. Would only get a tea now, no more bagles. Have to go to a NY based fresh bagel spot. Don't want to have to go to two places for breakfast though.
