The food and service were ahead of my expectations. We really loved the environment of this spot. Nice restaurant to take the family out for lunch.

I've been to so many BBQ places but none have wowed me as much as this place did!

Many BBQ places cook their items in bulk quantities so you don't get the feeling of love from the one cooking, this place is different. It's a small place that is definitely better for to-go orders. They have call ahead ordering and the always easy to get through to the restaurant. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and when I recieved the item, it was insane how heavy the container was. When I got home, you should've seen the look on my face when I saw how massive the sandwich was. Not only that, the flavors are ridiculous in terms of how great they go together. The pork was shredded to perfection and cooked perfectly! I also ordered the corn for the side, which is one dollar extra, but very well worth the extra dollar. The corn was grilled perfectly!

I had enough leftovers for a second meal and I was full the entire day, I recommend coming here if you're in the mood for amazing home cooked style BBQ!

I'd been wanting to check out this restaurant for months and months. After a fire in October closed them down for renovations, they finally opened the doors again recently. It's a tiny place and there were plenty of people waiting when my friend and I arrived on a recent Sunday. The wait was about 20 minutes so I'd advise ordering ahead of your visit. The menu included barbecue styles from various regions (Texas brisket, SE US pulled pork, Midwest ribs, Caribbean jerk, etc.). They also have plenty of classic BBQ sides. They have meats by the lb or rack or half of ribs, combo and platters, and sandwiches. We tried a couple different meats and several sides. Everything was very good. I thought the quality of meat could be higher as both the brisket and pork had a bit of fat. The meats, sides (Mac-n-cheese, slaw, potato salad, Texas toast, and the pork-n-beans), and sauce were well prepared (as if in the region that was known for it). The pork-n-beans were especially phenomenal. The staff was helpful and friendly. We will return, but will call ahead and order. There's much more we want to taste.
