Excellent experience followed by excellent dancing on the patio! Loved every minute and every hour of my time here at this spot. Mike and Manuel are awesome crafty bartenders who have the best personalities for what they're doing. Happy Hour is awesome, and I don't think anyone in the area has one quite this good. Manuel even told me that on Sundays you can have unlimitted champagne for $20, no one has that in this area. I've been living in Weston for a little over a year and this was my first time here, and it was excellent!

This is THE upper scale restaurant in the Pembroke Gardens mall. Yeah Brio is great the Cuban place is nice so is the Tavern and yes Cheesecake Factory always has a long line but Brimstone is actually the best restaurant here. It's pricey but the food is amazing.

The brunch menu was good. Everything from steak & eggs to French toast & waffles. Unlimited mimosas for $20 & well worth it. We went though 3 bottles of champagne between the 3 of us. Great way to feel nice on a Saturday afternoon.I can't say enough great things about our waiter Peter. Best personality and service I've had probably ever! This guy deserves a raise!

Clean, friendly place, good service. The desert was recommended by our server. It did not disappoint. We shared the bread pudding with fruit compote. Sweet, tasty, nice ending to a good meal

Went for brunch with cousins.m. It's a nice place. Indoor and outdoor seating. Sat outside in 94°F heat. Fans gave good air to stand the heat. The waiter we had was slow but looking at other tables, their waiters came around often as ours did not. I'd still come back and hope to get a better waiter.
