Review based on visit in February:

I've been wanting to go to HI-Pot Miami for as long as I could remember. But when they open this location in Pembroke Pines, I became a loyal fan since I'm the area quite often.

This place is pretty small but the tables are well arranged. Most tables are 4 tops and big enough to accommodate your very own personal burners. Yes, each customer gets their own to keep the pot piping hot.

I started with the Garlic Pork Belly and it was delicious. The meat was tender with the sauce was on point. For the main course, I got the Kimchi Dumpling Hot Pot. This piping bowl was full of pork slices, Taiwanese cabbage, kimchi, dumpling, vermicelli, mini sausage, shrimp, enoki mushroom, fish roll, tempura, clam, fushou fishball, soft tofu, fried tofu skin, zucchini, imitation crabmeat, egg, and scallion. I know that's a mouthful and trust, you will need help from a friend to finish this monster soup.

Each hot pot starts around $14 and goes up to $20. Most appetizers are less than $6 so this place is pretty reasonable. There's plenty of parking too since its located in a huge shopping plaza. It's also convenient for me because I just walk across the lot from LA Fitness..lol :)

Unique Hot-pot place, you’ll get your own hot pot with with everything on it. I personally like the stinky tofu one, not for the average non asian person, so try at tour own risk.

One pot is enough for one adult, maybe too much for a smaller adult with small appetite. If this is the case, I suggest to share a larger pot such as the seafood hot pot.

Reviews are often too generous but this place deserves the 5 Stars! First visit, clean, comfortable, quick service, friendly, helpful, attentive...and food excellent.

Did the hot pot and found the portions were huge. Complex, rich broth with just enough glass noodles and veggies to go with generous amounts of protein. There were a half dozen clams, fish balls, fish cake, slices lamb, imitation crab. Also comes with plenty of perfect chewy sticky rice.

Well done and maybe my new spot!

This was my first time at this place. I must say it was worth the money. I absolutely enjoyed the seafood hi pot. And the lamb appetizer. The seafood hi pot was filled with so much concentrated flavor, which gives the meal a more complex and wonderful taste.???? it had a variety of seafood including lobster, octopus, calamari, mussels, clams and shrimp.
