Hot Chicks House of Chicken

I’ve had many chicken sandwiches, all tiers (cheap and fast, mid, and best) from pretty much all of the south and this one specifically got me wishing I had more space in my tummy for one more. The staff was amazing not to mention the chef’s attentive service while checking on his customers. Loved the place, loved the food, loved the staff. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a great quality fried chicken.

Food is great, service has opportunities. That one guy who’s always at the front is not ideal. They stopped picking up their phone for call ahead orders, which was great for us locally working from home and grabbing a quick bite to go. Now they tell u to go online and order, but that charges an extra fee for pickup. They seem to be doing well there, so I don’t think they pay much attention to the customer experience when the food is selling. Problem with that strategy, is you could be doing so much better if you tried getting both right.

#update - met Dave the chef/owner today to tell him about the online fees and no phone orders. What a pleasant human, great smile and seem very sincere. It’s not ideal for me, but he heard me out and regardless I’ll continue to shop small. Overall great place :)

Is absolutely phenomenal! I've had real Tennessee fried chicken and this is absolutely comparable. I got the medium hot sandwich and I recommend! The Mac and cheese is also a good side. They even have the classic wing mural pic spot just like Nashville, TN.
