Kaeru Sushi & Grill

We just love coming here! There’s such a nice vibe in the atmosphere, and the service is just outstanding! Every time we go we like to try a few new things from the menu and we always leave impressed. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves sushi, of course, but also some surprisingly authentic and fresh flavors. 😋
I’m so happy they’ve been so successful since opening this hidden gem… definitely blessed! You can tell they put their whole heart into this and truly enjoy pleasing their customers. On several occasions, I’ve seen new people there very excited about having found Kaeru and wanting to return to try more items from the menu. Go try it out for yourself! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I came to visit Kaeru, and it did not disappoint. The hospitality, the food, and everything was wonderful. Katana, who greeted us with great respect and very friendly to us both. We had several dishes, which included dishes. Each one was delicious and the sushi was definitely top notch. We truly appreciate the opportunity to try out this great restaurant. We hope to come back soon to visit!

Stopped at this spot on my last visit from Orlando. Everything we ordered was unbelievably good. The decor in the location was very fitting. I love that you can see the kitchen. AJ was our server and his recommendations were spot on! Probably the best service I’ve had in years. Welcoming, warm, inviting. We wanted him to sit down with us and enjoy the food since he spoke with such passion. Then the food… nothing was left behind. Absolutely everything we had was delicious. The edamame was delicious. The dumplings were perfect! The dipping sauces that came with them were fantastic. We had the pork belly (I unfortunately don’t remember the name of the dish.) with some sort of potato mash? Regardless, that was worth every penny and then some. Absolutely the best pork belly I’ve had. The poutine was so so so good. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. I was on the fence about ordering the kimchi. I’m usually a little picky about that, however AJ assured me it was house made and gave his word as one of the best. He was right! I almost ordered another serving. It was so good! I fought the rest of the table to finish that up myself. By far the best kimchi I’ve had and I think I could eat an entire bowl of it. I would probably take the drive from Orlando back down to get more of that. Lastly the sushi! It was fresh, it was tasty, it was perfect! This is what good sushi tastes like. My mom was at the table and she is not a sushi eater, she tried it, she loved it! Perfect balance and perfect cuts of fish. I loved it. (Not sure what soy sauce they serve but it was also delicious!!!) The price was worth the quality and the atmosphere, and above all the attention and service provided. I will definitely be back. My one and only gripe would be signage. It’s hard to find and that makes a big difference in bringing people in. I hope this location flourishes because they are doing so many things right. I will be back again!! (Just get some signage so I can find it faster.)

Superb everything. The entire experience. The restaurant atmosphere embraces the natural elements with a Japandi interior design. I was embraced with warm welcomes from the manager and chef. The classic rolls were more than a simple basic roll, they were decorated nicely and a healthy portion. The food was fresh and put together very nicely. I will definitely be coming back here to try more from their menu and experience the pleasant atmosphere.

If you’re looking to support a small locally owned and family run business with great vibes, amazing staff, and authentic food this is your place! We sampled a portion of the menu and everything was 10/10! We can’t wait to come back and try the remaining the menu!
