    My neighbors convinced me to try this restaurant and I was thoroughly impressed. Large portions, tasty food that's sufficiently priced. I plan to return VERY soon. Highly recommend if you like good ethnic food.

    Amazing Pho! I eat here several times a month. Fast service, quiet dining experience. Spring rolls are always fresh.

    If you care too much about the looks, never get inside. Pho78 shines by it's flavors, they are rather unique. It always makes me feel better when I get their soups.
    Never ever have I brought Pho to someone and not like it (often I have done it).

    Pretty standard fare, nothing outstanding. Efficient, quick service and reasonable prices All the usual menu items. Rice plates are popular and Pho is good.

    After searching online this was our second choice for a bowl of noodles before heading off on a cruise. Our first choice had a one hour wait and this place we just walked in which may tell you something. But it was ok. Noodles we're a little soft, the broth was good but what's with the lighting? It was way too dark inside. Not like atmosphere just dark.
