    Bought 2 family meals with black beans and rice. Love the price. Cannot go wrong with pollo

    Pollo Tropical is great the food is good and they serve a variety of things on their menu. It is always busy though so pack your patience when you get there.

    The Cuban pork sandwich is good. I didn't get my fries with my combo so I went back in line to order a different side. I hate it when I don't get my complete order. Rather than argue or ask them to do their job I just ordered another item since they didn't feel like giving me fries.

    I love this spot. It was a Friday night leaving Pines mall. The service is fast & employees are far from rude. I tried out their new shrimp salad, wasn't too bad.????
