Red Lobster

When I arrived it took at least 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and the group that was there waiting to give our names. They location is dark and a little dirty. The forks and knives didnt look like they were washed. The food was okay our waiter was good. Will look for another location next time

Our server was Vince and he was incredible. It was his incredible service that single handedly brought it up to 4 stars. When we got to Red Lobster we waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. That made us concerned about the kind of service we would receive. Vince went above and beyond to provide us with some of the best service we have had at a restaurant!

It's been awhile since visiting RL. It was definitely nice to come back. It was a busy Saturday night but service was swift. The place needs a bit TLC. It looks a little worn down. Our waiter was nice and a little pushy with the upgrade items on the menu. Our food came fast. The waiter was attentive. Please turn the lights up a bit. I barely could see the menu. I'm all for nice ambience, but I need to see the menu. A couple needed to use their flashlight to see the menu. Other than that the food was delicious and back to the portion size I remembered. I actually stop going because the price increased and the portion decreased.

I love Red Lobster. The food is always fresh & good & the price is decent.
At this particular location, the service was not that great on 07/12/2019: our waitress tried but it just wasn’t there & it was a bit busy. We had water with no straws, had to ask another waitress for help, drinks came very late. The atmosphere was off. The place had a funny smell but it’s a seafood place lol. The food was good but I feel that the service can be much much better.
But I will definitely give it another try. I will update after next visit.
