It's a truly sub sandwich place. Super positive people that works there!

Customer service was great from the get-go. Placed a phone order and JD was super polite and patient taking my order. He guaranteed my subs would be done with care and preciseness. When I picked up order I met JD who welcomed me with a broad smile and politeness. My order was perfectly done. 5 Star Customer Service from JD.

I want to thank JC for taking such care when making my sub due to my allergy. I really enjoyed the UDI's sub bread & cookie. I will definitely be a return customer due to the service I received during my visit today. Keep up the great work!

I order lunch for the Gunther Mazda Dealership in Ft Laud anywhere from 22 to 30 sandwiches. I worked with the manager Gabriel and sent him an email order for 22 subs to be ready at 12:00pm . I arrived and the order was complete and ready to go. The subs & bowls were delicious everyone was very happy and so am I . Thank you very much Jersey Mike's I will be back every 6 weeks and look forward to doing business with you again then. Any business that wants to order from them you will be very satisfied. The initial ordering process was very good. I came in for gluten free sub. The young man was very nice and asked me about my level of sensitivity so he can prepare the station for my needs.
I was excited to get my sub which I've been wanting to try these gluten free sub's for a long time.

I asked for portabella mushroom with veggies NO cheese and I got cheese...
And the bread was gluten free but terrible quality... I almost choked eating it.

It was a very poor quality gluten free product. There's lots of gluten free products out there now and this was not a good one.

My partner refused to eat it since it had cheese because we are pretty much vegan...

It was very expensive $20ish... And I even left a tip before I knew what happened!!
