I love their Ceaser salad & well-done grill chicken. Only in FLORIDA WE THE BEST!....

Good food, good people.

This is my first time eating here. I was very pleasantly surprised by how tasty this food was. Serving size was adequate however the drink options are a little on the pricey side.
Staff was helpful and polite.
Restaurant and restrooms were clean.

My order was accurate but this restaurant location needs a little help. They cut the veggies too large, they don't cook properly. They need to spend more time cleaning the lobby, sauce station and food prep area. There were food trays left on the tables..sauce smeared and dried on the sauce station like a dirty rag was used to clean it. The soup lid was not properly closed on the counter. Management needs to get on top of things.

This place is technically a fast food restaurant, but the quality of the food would make you think otherwise. Best of all, it's easy to eat healthy and gluten-free here, and all at a reasonable price. Pollo Tropical is one of my go to places when I eat out.
