Starbucks

This Starbucks used to be so much better in the past. However, they lack coverage. It’s inconsistent in terms of how you get your items. Sometimes they get my order correct, sometimes they get it wrong. Sometimes the temperature is just off. I will order an item extra hot only to get it at the regular temperature. To their credit, they will offer to remake it, but I feel like if they paid attention the first time, we wouldn’t have to do that. Sometimes I ask for extra scoops of matcha or extra shots of espresso…they completely miss it. I don’t know if they don’t know that I can tell, but I can tell because I regularly get the same order from other Starbucks locations. This place could be better if they had more staffing.

I would love to go back to starbucks again and again and again!!!!

Nice staff, clean store (and quite large in terms of seating), and usually empty-ish but NEVER enough coverage. Turnaround is the slowest of any Starbucks ever. This location always has 1 person at the register and they are usually also making drinks. You can come in with only 1 customer ahead of you and be there for 10 minutes. Please hire more floor coverage. Not just for the customers but also the employees. I'm sure they feel pressure and stress.
