The Original Pancake House

OPH in Plantation is the best. Restaurant is always clean, the staff is awesome, they are always courteous and attentive especially the hostess Esperanza. She is always friendly and greets you with a smile. We love Josh the waiter. He treats us like royalty, he’s fast with our requests, friendly and I almost think he reads minds cause he seems to know what I’m about to ask for and offers it before I even need to ask!

Always tasty. We had French toast. Scrambled eggs. Hash browns (crispy). Bacon (crispy). Sausage links. Pancakes and coffee this morning. Service was great and since my wife got the bill this time...all this goodlyness was delivered at the best price.

I had never been to one of these before and I must say I will be back! Staff was friendly and my server was great. Place was clean and fresh. I am usually disappointed when I go somewhere and get a special with scrambled eggs with American cheese and it comes with 1 or 2 slices of cheese draped sadly over the eggs. This was not disappointing. Great breakfast

I was passing through Florida from Atlanta on the way to the keys with the wife and stopped after a long night of driving. We were absolutely blown away by the service given by Alexander, he was extremely patient and helpful with our order and did a diligent job at guiding us with the menu. The food was phenomenal and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience 12/10 would recommend.

The service was incredible, the server, Alexander, gave us always a good impression, treat, and attention. We felt very comfortable my family and I when talking with him, as he spoke Spanish and was always very nice. It can be said the same about the manager, Daniel, that was very kind with us and servicial at all time when we were talking about the great assets that Alexander has. Amazing place and workers.
