The customer service was great
It was my first time there. The place was empty so fast service. I loved them they were very patient while i ordered. The told me a lot of people get the Chipotle flat bread and i completely see why!!! I loved it! It was amazing not too spicy and very fulfilling. I also got the island green detox smoothie with energy boost. And a side choice of fruit or chips. I chose the chips. AMAZING! SO wonderful. I am happy i came here great customer service great food and smoothies. I will definitively be returning. Downloaded the app. I am super happy with my choice to come here. Very satisfied. I will be returning. Maybe every week.

I get the strawberry limeade smoothie every time and I love coming to this location for it. They always make it right Marie always make my smoothie if you go to plantation ask for her to make it she make great smoothie. She never disappoints me .

I love coming to tropical smoothie. The manager with short hair and glasses is amazing. She is always super friendly.

However, yesterday I stopped in and the team was slammed. Two young girls with long braids were so busy they never stopped to look up.
I waited in line 4-5 minutes before I finally asked, "Is there anyone else here to help you?"
Irritated, they both immediately said, "Its only the two if us." As if they been rehearsing the response all day.
My advise is this, I walked in at 12:30pm and immediately knew the two girls were in the weeds. However, stopping to look up and greet upcoming customers goes a long way. Maybe even, "We'll be right with you". To be ignored is the universal "go away and leave me alone" sign.
Granted, it's a "smoothie shop". As a business owner myself, I found the customer service a lack luster.
