Excellent customer service and subs. First time here. Would definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

So about 4 months ago I stopped in and had a bad experience. A new hire made my chicken cutlet sub and put very little chicken on the sandwich. I posted a 1-star review and the owner promptly responded. He was very professional offerring his apologies and asked that I return for a complimentary replacement. I was finally in the area today and the Manager on duty, Scott had the staff remake my sandwich. This time it was much better. Plenty of chicken on the sandwich and it went great with the Italian sesame bread. Brought me back to my days growing up in New York.

Good subs. They have grilled as well as regular subs. The half sub size is good for a meal, the full size is enough for two. You get plenty of meet for the price. It's boar's head meet.

Nice shop, I ordered The Soho sub, small. It was a mound of meat and toppings. Meat sliced as needed, young lady who gave toppings made suggestions and was in a good mood. Gentlemen who checked me out was good humored and pleasant. Feel of the place was clean and pleasant. Will defenitely return for lunch.

I've eaten at this location quite a few times and it is always a wonderful experience. The staff is always pleasant and the food is always top notch. I would and have recommended this location to others. If I had to bring up one small criticism, its the pricing for lunch is a little high for the area it is located in at about $10 for a small sub, not including chips or drink.
