(March 8, 2020, 7:51 pm)My kids had an eye appointment at Lens Crafters which is right across from the Restaurant they were hungry and decided they wanted to try a sandwich Me and my wife walked it and first I thought hmmmmm!!! i may have to wait a while since there were a few Customers ahead. No!!!! This Gentleman walked up to the counter and Acknowledged everyone with "Welcome to Subway!!! I will be with you in just a few minutes" that was it for me, I said to my wife 'We're staying even if it takes us all day" we made it to the counter in less than 2 mins and the Representative took our orders in detail review all we ask for and made our sandwich to perfection. I had to get the Representative name, I work in Customer Service and you hardly find such loyal and dedicated Staff. Thanks Lunel for such great food and service.
