“This sushi restaurant is located in Miami Lakes in a small shopping center... it might be one of the best and healthiest options in the area! Not the cheapest though.... service is ok and the place is ok as well... could use a little make-up, but it is fine! Food is also quite good...sushi is fresh and they do try to please your requests... I had a chirashi that they put simply on top of a plate, so maybe I t is a sashimi with rice on the side... but it was good, again fresh! I also had a soup that was good and tasty... Ice tea was ok... all in all, I will keep coming back to this place! Enjoy”

“This place has been here for over 25 years I went and I ordered the Philly cheese steak with mushroom and also order the turkey breast the bread was so fresh that it literally melted with the cheese and the meat delicious food.I also order the cheese steak. Great old school sub shop. Fresh sub rolls that are pillow soft. I had there special Italian. Delicious. I look forward to my next visit.”

“This little gem hidden away on sample Road in Pompano Beach is one of the undiscovered culinary treasures when it comes to Cuban dining. The restaurant is a small to medium size, but very clean. The staff was very attentive and professional server. The menu is very extensive starting with the Cuban breakfast all the way to some delicious desserts. My wife enjoyed their oxtail stew for lunch and is still talking about the soup how delicious it was. The oxtail was fantastic, soft, tasty and just the right sized portion. I was a little less hungry so I started off with a papaya and mango smoothie, which was wonderful followed by one of the best Cuban sandwiches I’ve had in a very long time. Neither one of us had room for dessert but at the adjacent table the desserts looked out of this world. The food is excellent and the service is wonderful the ambience is casual yet authentic, and the price is a delicious just like the food. We will be back, No doubt with friends to help turn them on to this emerald on Sample road.”

One slight is that you can smoke out there. Took one to my mom in miami and she hushed me???????? while she was eating the salad. All I could hear was..ummummmm...ummmummm with ever bite she took. Owner was super nice and the garlic knots are really good as well. New customer for life. Homie and welcoming with great food to greet you at the table. Wish I could give it 10 stars A+++++.
