Brand spanking new and worth the wait! We watched this being built for months with great anticipation. Love the cool theme.

Speaking of wait, there was almost no wait to get in at 5:30 pm on a Saturday for a booth. No wait for a high top if we’d wanted that. People haven’t discovered this place yet!

We enjoyed the half rack of ribs and blackened tilapia sandwich. All up to Flanigan’s great quality. Highly recommend.

This is a recently opened restaurant...food, like always is good. Service was excellent (Tiara) was attentive and in top of things. My burger (Texas) was robust and busting with blue cheese flavor...I scraped some of it off because it was wow...but overall...juicy and tasty! Good experience and will return without question. We received a beautiful free drink coin as a courtesy because of a mini kitchen problem...nice gesture! Flannigans is a good place to eat...fair pricing and good service!

1st the host Andrew was cool and polite! My server Ashley won us back from a horrible experience in a Boca location. She was so on point friendly, fast and made great recommendations. super honest. the food at this location was awesome. I forgot to take pictures of the food but the ribs were really good fell off the bone and good taste. Def will be back again to this location.

One of the best Flanigan's I have dined at, recently opened (April 2022) and packed every night. The restaurant has the equivalent of 1 large screen per table. There are TWO bars and additional barstool seating off the bars. An outside dining area will be built soon.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Ask for Alex, a very attentive and knowledgeable server that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Joe's Meal Deals can not be beat with entres reasonably priced that include salad and beverage or domestic beer.

Run don't walk to this location, you will not be disappointed!
