PCF has really stepped it up

So I haven’t been to a PFC in a very long time. Decided to come in for lunch with a friend to escape the heat and have some sushi and wine. I was greeted with a smile by a super friendly hostess. The waiter than explained it was a brand new menu and showed the new items. We were presented with our dishes in a very professional way and was taken care of very well. This location has amazing customer service. Thanks for the amazing lunch ????

I’m glad the Googlers finally got it right about this place. I ordered last night and I was more than happy with my experience. The parking at night is awesome. Don't buy in the BS reviews about the parking. Unless there is a concert or some holiday, I had no problem parking. There is a freaking garage right next to the restaurant. Second, I called my order in last night and spoke to a manager on the phone. The phone was buzzing out on their end (no star reduction here). Hopefully he got my order right. When I arrived to the restaurant, I was greeted with all smiles from all of the staff. I went to the take out area, paid for my order, and they even added extra goodies for me that other places would nickel and dime me on. Talk about service! I am very grateful for the manager that handled my order. He was very kind and helped me a lot. Good job PF Chang's and right before closing time!! Thank you for the extra white rice!

Excellent customer focused service from our waiter Dougie last night. He was pleasant, very personable, efficient and friendly! He made our dining experience fabulous! The dishes he helped us choose were delicious!

I've always liked P.F. Chang's due to its consistency throughout the years, the nice ambience, and fair price for nice food. Unfortunately, today the consistency didn't apply. One of my favorite dishes there, the honey due melon shrimps, was completely different. The tempura batter was not light at all, and the dish also lacked more of the sweet sauce. It was disappointing! At least the wrap lettuce were right on point. Next time I go, I hope to enjoy everything as I used to. Just wishing here!

The food was good but not great. It was my first time and I have to say the smaller restaurants beat them in flavor. For the price I felt it was not worth it. Don't get me wrong the food here is good but if you love to explore flavors this is not it. Great customer service and our waiter was awesome.
