The Cheesecake Factory

The restaurant is beautiful inside. Waitress was nice. Food wasn't bad. Cheesecake was pretty good. BUT the utensils are on the bare table and this is not clean. And staff was dropping clean utensils onto the floor and just picked up from the floor onto the table. Anything that hits the floor is considered dirty of course.

If you have never been to a Cheesecake Factory go now! What a great place to have a good meal and an absolutely awesome slice of Cheesecake. We waited only 5 minutes at 5:00 and asked for a booth based on other reviews I had read. Our waitress was super attentive and informative. There was no delay in getting bread on the table or a refill! There bread is excellent but don’t eat too much because the dinner portions are generous. The boneless brick chicken was done perfect and it was so juicy, melt in your mouth. No knives needed. We were too full for deserts so we logged a three mile walk around the mall and came back to take our slice of cheesecake back to the resort to have later. Perfect meal.

Went there with husband & sister to celebrate my birthday. Had a wonderful meal & cheesecake slice. So very delish! Great service as well. I would highly recommend this place to friends & family. Can't wait to go back.

There is never a bad meal at this place! Love going there at any time. It is usually a bit crowded, this time wait time was 10 min, not bad. As always, the could use more wait staff to allow the waiters more time per table. But service is always good or adequate. The fresh strawberry cheesecake was incredible!

The cakes they serve are unreal in taste. Furthermore they are true to their word in the menu that the portion sizes are great. Truly getting your money worth with the portion sizes served. Already visited the restaurant 3 times and except for the first time the service level has been above excellent! Looking forward to the next visit. Keep up the great work, and those portion sizes offered and we'll be back often
