Bonjour French Bakery Weston

The food is terrific, the service is terrible and the restaurant is severely understaffed. This is a great place to order takeout from, the bakery is a solid option. I’ve gotten delicious croissants and cakes - always a hit. However, if you order a meal from the kitchen, it will ALWAYS take too long and they WILL mess up your order. I understand that it’s frequently slammed, and the kitchen food is great, but I’ve never had a good service here - ever. No one is pleasant and everyone seems stressed out. They also don’t comp you for anything. The last time I was here with my son, they messed up each of our orders twice, then never brought me my coffee. I asked for my money back on the coffee at the end of the meal and they brought me out an espresso (?) to go instead of just giving me a few bucks back.

I LOVE this bakery! You’ll find authentic french pastries, coffee, breakfast and lunch. With a large variety of pastries to choose satisfying all tastes! My favorites croque monsieur and symphony! Super clean and Friendly staff

THE BEST french bakery ever!! Everything is so fresh, original and delicious! Very clean, customer service is really good too. If you’re around, this place is a must!
