    Food was good but service is slow and the place lacked cleanliness at the sauces area as well as trash needed to be empty and trash on the floor.

    Great food, friendly helpful staff and clean dining area and restroom. Westin Pollo Tropical you are an excellent example of how to do it right

    A decent fast food restaurant with a healthier approach and latin flavor. Great roasted chicken, pork, steaks and shrimp platters at very affordable prices.

    Food at this location is inconsistent, I seem to have better success at other locations. And this location is definitely the slowest service, does it matter if it's drive-through or you walk in . Staff if very nice..but busy or not it always takes forever here.
