    Did the salt therapy and the salt water float. Amazing feeling afterwards. Great detox for your body. So relaxing. Kelly is great with explaining all the benefits and details of the procedures. Super clean facility . Highly recommended!

    Nothing but great vibes here. Love the salt therapy to help with my allergies especially followed by a delicious pesto panini. Everything is fresh. They all offer yoga and booze ❤️

    I’m super excited to have this new place in town to enjoy! Not only have I been enjoying yoga on Wednesdays since they opened, I’ve also had the chance to enjoy the Salt room. Today I stopped by for a nice lunch and glass of wine. The food is delicious, and I highly recommend the sangria. The over all vibe and setting is very laid back and relaxed, it’s worth checking out!

    So glad I found this place! Had a great, relaxing yoga class followed by a glass of wine in the beautiful cafe/lounge area. Thank you for bringing this beautiful addition to Port Charlotte!
