Ginger Dim Sum

Glad to see a few Vegetarian options! The general's tofu was very tasty, tons of frsh vegetablesin the rice, and the place is very clean. The silverware is polished. I would definitely recommend this place!

We started with the chicken hot and sour soup which was the best we've had in a very long time. Great balance of flavors and textures. We had the steamed pork buns which were lovely. The sweet bun was perfectly paired with the spice of the pork filling. The steamed spare ribs were a little chewy and challenging to eat, but again the flavores and spice balance were very very good. I loved the delicate tiny black bean garnish on the spare ribs. We will be making ginger dim sum a regular stop for lunch. Can't wait to explore the dinner menu as well.

Can't wait to try the duck! Dim sum menu ends at 3pm but could still order dim sum appetizer. Soup broth was great for my wonton soup. I look forward to tasting more of the menu 😋

The soup bun dumpling appetizer is delicious and so is the roasted peking duck! Duck was crispy and delicious. The interior is simple and gorgeous and reminds me of the modernized Asian restaurants back home. Cash only at the moment because of the Hurricane but it’s fine. Will dine again with my family.
