Outback Steakhouse

Outback is usually fabulous. Last week we ordered an early dinner there. My wife's dinner was not prepared to her satisfaction. James, our server, immediately asked if he could take the steak and have a new one prepared for her. The proprietor, Alex, came to our table to address my wife and make sure she was satisfied with her new meal. We really enjoy dining there and the owner and employees are extremely friendly and customer orientated. They also adjusted the bill for her inconvenience.

Outback is almost always good. Including my past visit. I did order my steak to come out medium though and it came out well-done.
It still was absolutely delicious so I wasn't upset. That didn't matter to our server or manager though.....they took the steak off the bill even when I said I was satisfied! I thought that was first class! Our server, whose name was Kathy I think, (or was it Linda?) gave excellent service and was very friendly too.
Cant wait to go back again!

Better wait times with call ahead seating. Excellent service and food was brought out hot and delicious. We had the all-you-can-eat steak and shrimp we did not have to wait for a second order of shrimp.

Where do I start!!! We chose to eat outside and the weather was perfect! The food was so good! Our server Bailey was amazing!! Very helpful, friendly and professional! We will definitely be back!????
