Rib City Express

Service was fast, ordered by phone and ready by the time I got there. Ribs were very good, green beans were a mush and BBQ beans were somewhat hard. We always go to the restaurant in east Ft Myers and it is the best!!! Have been to the one in N Ft Myers and Venice, but not as good as E. Ft Myers. Hopefully with a little more time, our’s here in Pt Charlotte will master everything and we won’t have to go out of town to get a good rib dinner. I definitely will go back for the ribs, will just do my own sides.

Food was good. But there was not much of it. Very expensive for what you got ($16.99) drink not included. I got the spare ribs. There were only four ribs and two small sides. They also gave you one slice of bread. There were only plastic utensils. We ate inside the restaurant and there were only 5 booths and four tables. You ordered your ribs at a counter and they gave you a pager when the ribs were done you had to pick them up yourself and the bill had a spot for a tip even though you did what a waitress would do.There really wasn’t any atmosphere. The employees were pleasant. This was a new restaurant (it is a stretch to call it a restaurant) and we were disappointed and won’t be back.

GREAT!!!!!! Our first time here and we will be back again and again. Fast service and friendly staff. Ribs were tender and tasty. Chicken was perfect. Love the sides of cole slaw, baked beans and corn on the cob. So glad to have you in the neighborhood!!!

Tasty spare ribs done right - quicker than I expected!!!
Their polite and friendly staff were patient as I looked over the huge menu. When my order arrived, it needed a little adjusting and the staff happily saw to it that I was satisfied.
The price was reasonable and I’m looking forward to a return visit. Thank you!
