Gorda Bowls

Definitely the place to go for acai bowls and salads. Was the best bowl ive had. The salads are very good. The amount of options are incredible and extremely high quality, and from my taste testing and ingredient research compared to other places around maybe the only one I say is actually all natural. Worth a 30 min drive to get here for sure. There is only one other place in cape coral that compares in flavor but no where near the options. As a note visit the bathrooms too very creative idea to say the least.

Fun and fresh food in the heart of downtown Punta Gorda. All the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. There are tons of options to build your perfect poke bowl or açaí bowl. They also offer juice and kombucha.

This was the first poke establishment I’ve seen offer Greek ingredients such as gyro meat, olives, and feta.

The atmosphere is bright and vibrant. A fun twist: they encourage visitors of their restrooms to write on the wall. This, as you can imagine, can make for interesting and entertaining reading. 😆

Absolutely love this spot. Prices reflect the freshness for sure. You won’t regret anything from here. This is our weekly spot. 1-2 a week at the very least. Best poke bowls around 🙌🏼

Absolutely 💯 loved it! Not noticing the price, we both ordered a large 🤣😂We should have gotten a small but our eyes were bigger than our stomachs.
Had enough for a week but eventually ate it all, slowly and in steps. We sat and chatted for quite a long time in their perfectly situated corner table and thoroughly enjoyed every bite!

This healthy concept is a welcome addition to the downtown Punta Gorda lunch scene! Today was my third visit; each bowl has been consistently delicious. Service is professional and friendly, with the owner herself serving me twice. Ingredients are exceptionally fresh and high quality. I’ve read some of the other reviews complaining about price point, but these ingredients are not cheap in today’s world. I think you’d be hard pressed to put together the same bowl for less at home, and you’d have to prep all the ingredients yourself! Anyway, great stuff! I highly recommend you give them a try!
