I always enjoy the food! I love the cupcake pancakes!???????? I love how inexpensive it is too! Definitely one of my favorite places to go eat.

Service was good. Very polite and friendly waitress. Food was hot and delicious. Will return again.

Excellent service. I ordered the breakfast platter which comes with pancakes, eggs, and a breakfast meat, however not wanting the breakfast meat I was able to substitute it for more eggs. The pancakes were also all you can eat and there are four tires of syrup on every table; strawberry, blueberry, butter pecan and the regular maple syrup. All of them very tasty!!

I have been to this IHOP location a few times. I usually get one of their omelettes that they have that is absolutely amazing filled full of bacon and cheese and cheese sauce. Just about all of their breakfast food is really good. Are waffles are great as well. Everybody has their own preference but I know that they have very good friendly service sometimes there is a little bit of wait time because they are so busy but for me the food is well worth the wait

Nice clean building. Waitress could have been more friendly. My bill was 52 bucks. I tipped her 8 bucks. But she did not come to check on our table or anything. Poor service in the future I would suggest letting staff know that the tip is totally up to their interaction with the customer. It's our hard earned money as well.
