Every time I come to this location the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the food is always spot on. The other day I especially noticed Jasmin because after handing me my bag of food at the window, she took the extra step to make sure I was given a straw for my drink and asked if I wanted any extra sauces. Usually people working drive thru just seem to rush us away, but she didn’t so that. I really enjoy this location and highly recommend it.

I often go there for my lunch break. I normally get a sweet tea w lemonade and order of fries NO SALT. I've only had one issue here. I placed my order and waited 27 of my 30 min break but never got my order. UNTIL I asked for a refund. The manager on duty quickly apologized, refunded my money, and gave my food. I told her I was fine just wanted my money back but she insisted. I was appreciative and left. I hadn't had any other issues with this McDonald's. I have gone in few times and it's been messy, dirty tables and floors but those were RARE occasions.
The staff is normally very friendly and professional. There was an incident with staff and another customer once. And again the staff remained professional as much as they could. Even when a different customer tried to continue the situation, the staff remained professional. For the most part, the McDonald's on Henley Rd in Lake Asbury is alright with me 👌🏽 AND THEIR ICE CREAM MACHINE WORKS!!!👍🏽🤣👏🏽

I recently had a fantastic experience at McDonald's that exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure my order was taken promptly and accurately.

One of the highlights of my visit was the speed of service. Despite the busy lunch hour, my order was ready surprisingly fast. This efficiency made my lunch break truly enjoyable and stress-free.

In addition to the amazing food and service, I appreciate the value that McDonald's offers. I got a complete, satisfying meal without breaking the bank, which is always a plus.

Overall, my visit to this McDonald's location was exceptional. The staff's friendliness, the top-notch food quality, cleanliness, speedy service, and great value combined to create a truly outstanding dining experience. Food, as you know, is fast food, not much for the price when it comes to burgers, pricey for the little amount of meat you get. The deserts are good. The fries are way too expensive for just being fried potatoes. Drinks cost more than a convenience store, and you don't even get 20-oz worth of drink compared to a fresh extra large fountain drink at a convenience store. The employees are great, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
