El Agave Azul Orange Park

Ordered online to pickup about 3 hours later. Got home to see that I was missing two tamales but had two extra tacos (because it’s Taco Tuesday). Called the store to find that they don’t have tamales as listed on the online menu and they’re not going to refund me. I was given two options over the phone to either come back (I wouldn’t dare drive down Blanding again) to get a “free dessert” or to give my name and phone number for a free item next time. I went with the latter as my husband loves this restaurant, but I found this entire experience to be unsettling as they did not call to inform me of the items I had ordered not being available so I advise anyone ordering to call beforehand or risk feeling duped.

Great fresh food. Was served by Katy she was great very polite and since it was our first time there she described all the items on menu. Always checked on us to see if all was great and if we needed anything else. We found our favorite Family Mexican Restaurant and would highly recommend. Very clean and sanitized place. Thanks again.

Service was a little slow the night we went because apparently a stove went out. The service was great and friendly though. The birria pizza was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the churro dessert was four pieces and they end up being quite small. Other than that was great!

The food was not my fave. The restaurant was too bright for my liking and the prices were pretty high. Customer service was great. Just not my cup of tea.
