Chili's Grill & Bar

Good food, most of the time. When I order to go from the bartender during the day, she's awesome, checks the food to make sure it's correct. Evenings when it's slow, if you make any customizations, be prepared to get the wrong food. Stopped going here for awhile because of the mistakes. Gave them another chance and this time it was great. (Ordered during the day from the bartender. She really knows her stuff)

Good service, ladies' room could use more upkeep.

Our server was great. The food was served quickly and hot. Overall a very good experience. It also seems like, oddly, the tip samples actually seem low to the percentages. Normally they seem larger. Either way our waitress was great and I hope she felt tipped accordingly.

The food was outstanding, and our server was very sweet, but it took For Ever!!! to get seated and to get our food. It was lunchtime, but there weren't more than a half dozen tables with people at them, and it's a pretty big place. Maybe someone didn't show up for work. No apologies, though, or even a comment about why the service was so slow.

I usually don't rate places like Chili's or Fridays or outback, but this restaurant deserves some praise. I eat here maybe 3-4 times a year when it's late or I'm in the area and need a quick bite. The place is always clean and sees a lot of business. The bar is always churning out happy hour all day, and the food I've had is always very decent. Burgers, salad, fajitas, sandwiches all wonderful and quick and hot. The staff is nice and the bartenders especially are quite good for a chain restaurant. In an area with a lot of competition this Chili's really stands out.
