Epiphany Gluten Free Bakery

This is by far the best bakery I have ever been to (even before I was gluten-free)! Every pastry is moist and packed with flavor, and the atmosphere is beautifully decorated as well! Epiphany exceeds my expectations every time I come here, you will not be disappointed!

Gorgeous little establishment. The prices are steep, but that is to be expected of gluten free baked goods. Don't blame the business. Blame economic inflation. Beyond that, you wouldn't think it's gluten free based on the taste alone. In fact, the muffins tasted amazing and didn't make me feel like I was overstuffing myself with sugar and calories compared to other bakeries that produce muffins. The staff do not seem to be cutting corners either. This means less waste generation while generating customer satisfaction for freshness and quality. I noticed how they addressed each customer being served as I waited my turn. They even remembered what the regular visitors wanted!

The best gluten free pizza I have found! I am very impressed with the quality of the food, and service. The employees were very nice and even called me back when the phone got disconnected. Their cinnamon rolls were also fabulous.

I have been gluten free for seven years a d had given up all hope of ever enjoying sweets. This was the best cinnamon roll I have EVER HAD!!! Coffee was wonderful.

OH MY GOD, run don't walk to this place. The pastries are to die for. I am not interested in gluten free, fat free, sugar free or whatever, I just like delicious. Although if the price is free then I am definitely interested. LOL

But this bakery is AWESOME. For two days in a row I ordered the cinnamon roll and I savored every bite because I was afraid when it would be over. It was filled with cinnamon flavor throughout and so moist. Words can not describe my new infatuation with this pastry.

We also ordered the poppy and almond muffins, sour cream coffee cake bagels, and each had a spectacular flavor. The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff was AMAZING. They smiled, joked and were so friendly as I always ask a million questions.

I will definitely be back, because the cinnamon roll was honestly the best I have ever had.
